The Alpe Adria 2014 will take place in Italy, on the border between the regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The races will be held in the in the wooded area of the Cansiglio Forest, between the towns of Tambre (BL), Fregona (TV) and Polcenigo (PN) in the proximity of the Cansiglio golf club. The sprint race, on the other end, will take place in the historic center of Conegliano (TV).

Arriving by car:

For those traveling by car: from A27 highway (Venice – Belluno), take the Vittorio Veneto Sud exit to reach the races in the Cansiglio and the Conegliano exit for the sprint races. GPS coordinates for the parking area in the Cansiglio are: 46.066561, 12.405017. GPS coordinates for the parking area in Conegliano are: 45.88366, 12.297303.

Arriving by bus:

The company Dolomitibus of Belluno will provide transfers to the Tambre (10 km from Cansiglio arena) from Venice and from Marco Polo Airport, while the town of Conegliano is well served by MOM‘s busses.

Arriving by train:

The nearest train station to the Cansiglio is that of Vittorio Veneto (25 km away). The Conegliano Train Station, however is just a block away from the meeting point of the sprint race. For train schedules you can visit the Trenitalia website.

Arriving by plane:

The nearest airport is Treviso Canova (code TSF), is about 70 km from the Cansiglio and 40 km from Conegliano. The airport is well connected with major Italian and European destinations thanks to the low cost airline Ryanair. More flights can be found at the airport Venice Marco Polo (code VCE).
